Pucker’s founder had a specific request for her first venture on the Asbury Park boardwalk: “Think lemonade and create an image that is instantly recognizable from a distance.” Similarly, Tony’s Sausage, Dogs, and Cheese Steaks, a 70-year-old Jersey Shore staple, sought to attract a contemporary clientele to its new Asbury Park boardwalk location.
